Each fall, the women in the Bergh family—my mother-in-law's family—get together to make several batches of lefse. It's quite an assembly line, making for a fun day of cooking and chatting.
Ayla made her first appearance this year, and I think she learned a lot despite the fact that she slept through the day. She did a great job in the car ride to St. Cloud, again sleeping the whole way. I think she's going through a growth spurt and simply needed some nap time.
