As soon as the weather got warm, I put Ayla's feet in the grass to see how she would react. One word can explain that experience, tears. She wasn't too sure of the green stuff surrounding her feet. Afterall, it was the first time she felt grass.
Today we decided to try it again. We started by standing in the grass, and she still wasn't warming up to the idea. Then, we decided to sit her in it, so she could feel it with her fingers. A huge success. She absolutely loved pulling the grass with her hands and then throwing it back on the ground. Here are a few pictures that capture the moment.
