On Oct. 7, 2009, Ayla Erica was welcomed to the world. She arrived at 11:09 p.m. at 7 lbs., 7 oz., 20 1/2 inches. We left the hospital on Sunday, Oct. 11 and are settling in at home. The last few days have flown by, and we are all doing well.
This is a photo of Ayla in her going home outfit. She was very excited to stretch out and have a few minutes out of her swaddle.
Thanks for your well wishes! It's been such an amazing experience, and we are looking forward to the upcoming adventure.
